By using sinfondo.online you accept these terms. The site is operated by Nicolás Riquelme, Argentina.

The service

SinFondo is a free tool that removes image backgrounds inside your browser. It is provided “as is” with no guarantee of results: cut-out quality depends on each photo and may need touch-ups.

Your content

You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process and for using the results lawfully. Since images are never uploaded to our servers, we don't access them or acquire any rights over them.

Permitted use

You may use the resulting images for personal and commercial purposes. You may not use the site for illegal activities or try to disrupt it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tool, or for any loss of data.

Intellectual property

The design, copy and SinFondo brand belong to their owner. The engine uses open-source software (ONNX Runtime, MIT license) and the U²-Net model (Apache 2.0 license).

Governing law
